Hi, I’m Jincy George

I am a UX designer and researcher dedicated to keeping people visible in complex systems. I spent years in the emergency room watching doctors keep people from dying, but rarely with enough time or tools to help them live fully. That gap is what pulled me into design, and eventually into a graduate degree in health-focused design at UT Austin. My work lives at the intersection of empathy and critical thinking, finding the human thread inside processes that can easily lose sight of the people they serve.

My curiosity is my compass. It is what drives me to look past the obvious and find those creative, unexpected solutions that truly make a difference for people.

Curious

I lean into the power of vulnerability to bring strength and authenticity to collaborative spaces, ensuring that every design solution is rooted in genuine human meaning

Intentional

Adaptable

I thrive where things are still a bit unclear. I believe that by listening first and learning deeply, we can transform any chaotic moment into a moment of true clarity.

I lead with warmth and laughter because I believe in building genuine relationships first. For me, kindness is an active design skill. It’s about creating the safe, honest spaces where trust and collaboration allow us to solve complex problems together.
